12-0-0 would be a card on an ipe shelf what sort of card is it?
If its a card with sets on eg. FALC/DLC use mov in LD 20 to indivdually move the units to the new card.
Most other cards just print the TNs l s c u then delete and recreate them.
Sets are already programmed on it (DLC). no phones are cross connected yet. I want to move the card '0' from loop 12-0 to card 5 on loop 12-0. I am trying to avoid re-programming or moving one TN at a time.
acewarlock's recommendation is valid. I've added, deleted and moved multiple phones using this method. I've found the moves to be more reliable when I move them in groups of not more than 8. I had it happen a couple of times where a phone got "lost in transit" when I was moving more than 8 at the same time.
One thing to be aware of, though I don't think it will apply in this case but perhaps in the future, is that you NEVER want to move a Symposium linked phone in software. Even if the phone has been de-aquired by the Symposium, it can screw things up (I recall a Nortel Tech Bulletin about this some years back).
I'm curious. Since both card slots are in the same loop/shelf, why do you need to move the card from slot 0 to slot 5?
