We are trying to move a few people round in the office but theirs phones will not connect, they just keep searching for CA1 then CA2.

We think it is becuase they are being pluged into a different POE switch than they previously where.

Is there anyway we can get them working without having to reset the POE switch?

Thanks in advance

If it's searching then it's simple - it can't find the Coral. What is the cause could be numerous things but it's all IP related.

If you've put in a new switch, have you setup incorrect VLANs on ports or not enabled ports at all or some other configuration problem with the switch.

Is the Coral working correctly? Plug your laptop and the Coral into a hub/dumb switch and try pinging the PUGW address to make sure it's responding (could check alarms in PI before you do that).

But it's just a matter of checking your network settings. It's highly unlikely to be the Coral. And as you said, you've put a new PoE switch in so and it stopped working so it's likely to be something to do with that.
