moving Helpline phone issue

Hello all,
I'm running a Merlin Magix 3.0 v7 system. We have a Helpline center with three phones there that ring at the same time. I moved one of the three Helpline phones to a different location. This phone is still getting helpline calls and I need that removed. There is no cover button assigned because when it rings it rings on the 2nd line labeled SA Voice. Is there something else I can check or is this my phone company that is doing the forwarding? Thanks.

If the three phones are ringing at the same time - then they are probably part of a group. If you know the group calling extention number - you can check its members - and remove the extentions that are no longer part of the group. If you don't know the group# - but have WinSPM - do a print out for group calling. You can also print the individual extention report(s) - they will also show you if the extention is a member of a particular calling group.
