Moving From Win -> Lin Server.... 1

Hello Folks!

I have Win2k Pro with Apache 2, PHP 4, mySQL, etc. on my development machine at home.

I have created a web site using a simple <?php require('header.html');?> and everything works splendidly at home. When I upload it to my WebHost the page is being included, but I'm not seeing any of the images. I have maintained the same directory structure on both machines.

Any thoughts?

Do a &quot;View source&quot; on the page in question when it is served by your web server (if you have a working URL), and see what it says in the src attribute of your images. It may give you a clue as to what's going wrong.

My apologies. This problem has been resolved.

My Webhost was checking the referrer of the pages (to prevent hotlinking) and they made a mistake that didn't let my own site get images.

They should bear in mind that some browsers, and some personal firewall software, suppress the sending of referrer information - so some legitimate visitors could still be unable to see your images.
