moving from Norstar to Cisco

Thank you in advance for your proffesional advise
what would be the most cost effective way to replace a Norstar voice system with a VOIP system preferably a Cisco system and what would be a ruff estimate for this project

I would suggest getting with Cisco or a Cisco Gold Partner.

To many variables with what you are asking.
