Moving from CS1000 to Cisco

We have recently decided to migrate from our Nortel CS1000 to Cisco. I am needing to capture all of our existing configurations and information that will be necessary for our vendor who will be assisting with rollout. I am still a newbie on the CS1000 and would like some feedback from folks who have gone through a similar process.

What data do I need to capture and how?

Better to ask on the Nortel forum. Its been years since I did it but theres a way to print out everything from the Nortel.
