Moving from core-edge to Brocade 48000 director

I am planning to migrate SAN from core-edge design (Brocade 2800/Brocade3800)to Brocade 48000 director. Does any one has real experience with lesson learned/comments? Or DOs and Don'ts.

Are you migrating to a single director or 2?

if you zone on wwn and not on the port level you don't have a whole lot to be concerned with. your transition should be fairly smooth.

you might want to spend a little time on your 48k and get familiar with the different level of OS.
