I'm trying to move allot of folders with Network Shares/Permissions from d:\ to e:\ of a NT4 Server. The problem is I don't want to lose any of the shares/permissions. Is there a means of doing this within NT? If not is there any cheap software available which could do this?

Have a look at the 'Robocopy - is it safe' thread earlier on. The same action is discussed with various software utility solutions

I just moved 24.8GB of data using the scopy.exe tool that comes with NT4.0 resource kit. It works like a champ.
