One of our sales people quit and I would like to move her folders to another sales persons mailbox so he can work her accounts. Only one server and one site. We are running Exchange 5.5 and using Outlook as a desktop client.

If you have permission to open both mailboxes in Outlook, open the folder list view and you can drag folders from one mailbox to another. The folder permissions may also be taken across so you may have to make alterations so the second person can get into the folders which have moved.

Hope this helps

David

The other option is to export the folders to a PST file then add the PST using Personal Folders to the other Sales person's Outlook profile. Open her folders then click File, Import and Export..., export to a PST file. From the other sales person's Outlook click Tools, Services, Add, Personal Folder and enter the name and path of the PST file. HTH.
