Moving Folders from one server to another and keeping rights 1

I have just built a new server that i want to put my users home directories on. The problem is I don't want to redo all of the security for all of those folders. Is there a way to move or copy those folders from one server to another AND keep all of the NTFS rights and sharing rights???

RoboCopy as stated above...
You can also use:
For NTFS - permcopy.exe (Microsoft)
For Share Permissions - scopy.exe (Microsoft)

Another vote for robocopy. I use it on every server migration to do just what you want to do.

I use the Microsoft File Server Migration Toolkit....basically a GUI version of Robocopy
