Hi,

I have created some folders in my mailbox that resides in the server.
Now to cut down my mailbox size i want to move mails from one particular folder from my mailbox to a local NSF file.

How can i do that?

Select all the messages in that folder and archive them. That will put it onto your machine and they will be available in the archive folder.

There are so many folder under that one folder.
So to go to each and every folder and select them and then archive them will be tough and time consuming for me.

Any other solution which can just take the main folder and it will take all the sub folders in that will be appreciated.

Thanks for your help. Let me know more.

There are 3rd-party applications that will do the job. Do a search on the Net and you are sure to find some. Price is another question though.

Pascal.

I've got nothing to hide, and I'd very much like to keep that away from prying eyes.
