Moving & finding addressbook

I posted a query re: multiple accounts...I've solved that problem but don't know how to delete the thread. New question.... I would like to move a COPY of my addressbook from the original mailbox(?) to a newly formed one. I also found that when I created the new persons, I lost ALL of my 'IN' & 'OUT' box contents and now can't find them! By searching 'erased' files, I found one 'IN' that was 4.3 megs...and another 1.2 megs. Regardless of which one I use, the same one comes up!
