Moving existing CA authority to new server

Hello,

I'm in the process of moving an domain controller running CA authority to a different DC all running windows 2003.

Microsoft KB stated that the computer name has to be the same? are they refrering that the CA name must be the same or the DNS name of the computer? Can anyone verify this for me please?
