Moving exchange server

I need to move an exchange server within the same organisation to a different site in a different domain. Can this be done. If not, is there an easy way of moving users? We are having to create PST's at the moment to export and import. For 70 users this is a little time consuming. Hope someone can help :)

Read up on Move Server Wizard, it does exactly what you want. It isn't painless, though, it need preparation and user guidance.
