Moving Exchange from one system to another??

I am in the process of upgrading some network hardware. I am installing 3 new rackmount systems to replace a couple old standard case systems. I am changing from IDE to SCSI hardware and running NT 4.0. I will eventually want to perform a clean install of Exchange 5.5 on this new system. What do I need to do to copy all of the users mailboxes and public stuff over to the new configuration? Is this a very risky process?

Any suggestions are greatly appreciated.
