Moving Excel Data on web page to online form?

Hi all.

I have an excel spreadsheet that makes calculations on a web page (users enter mortgage balance and payments are displayed). They then click an "apply now" button which takes them to a secure app.

My boss wants the calculations from the spreadsheet to transfer over to the fields on the app automatically.

Is this possible? The app is a combination of ASP and CDONTS. Any ideas?
