Everytime I try to move several emails with attachments from my InBox in Outlook 2002 at one time to a folder within my Personal Folders located on my PC, I get the error message "Some items could not be moved. They were already moved or deleted, or access was denied." This message does not occur when I move messages without attachments or if I move a single message with an attachment. I have disabled my local Norton Antivirus but that doesn't fix it.

It's caused by your virus scanning software. If you're running an exchange server it will be the AV exchange agent that causes it. It is scanning the attachment before allowing it to be moved.

You have a couple of choices - move each email with an attachment individually, open each attachment first (so that it is scanned by the latest virus signature),or if you have the necessary permissions, temporarily disable the AV on the exchange server or other server where your inbox is located. This last option may or may not be too risky depending on the type of AV you're running.

Cheers.
