Moving E-Mails to Different Folders

Ok, has anyone come across the problem where Groupwise (6.0) will NOT allow you to move an (or a number of) email(s)from your inbox to another folder? I've tried dragging and dropping, mvoing using a rule and copying to different folders..all with the same result..it doesn't work. I've tied re-installing the client 3 times and still banging against the brick wall. There are several people here with the same problem...any ideas would be greatly appreciated!!

Never seen nor heard of dragging and dropping, setting up rules to move messages to this degree. When you do a drag and drop of a message from one folder to another does the icon stay as the universal no icon (circle w/slash through it)?

No, the mouse pointer never changes...now for the REALLY bizzarre part, dragging and dropping worked for a few days after installation, but then magically stopped. An unintsall and re-install yielded the same results....anyone?

One last question. Can you perform a drag and drop outside of the GW Client>? Say from one folder to another on the HD.
