Moving Distribution Lists Between Servers

Hello.
We have an old Exchange 5.5 SP3 server running on NT4 SP6. We have recently added a new Win2k Server(SP3) running Exchange 5.5 SP3. I have moved the mail boxes and the Public folders but am stuggling to find out how to move the distribution lists between servers.

The servers are both members of the same site.
