MOVING DC to new forest 1

Is it possible to move one of the DC from one forest to onother forest.
eg. i have a forest in london with 3 DC's & i have a forest in a paris.
Q)Is it possible to move whole paris forest to london forest

A DC cannot be a member of more than one domain at a time. Therefore if you want to have the DC from Paris join a domain the London forest, you will have to demote the DC to a member server and then dis-join it from the domain it is currently a member of.

After that you can join it to the Domain in the London forest.

I don't think this is possible, but I am not sure.
