We had a strange one this morning. There were sub-folders established under a main folde, then this morning, these sub-folders are now a main folder and are no longer under the previous main folder.

Yesterday the folder structure was
Server --> Salem--> Manufactuing --> MP&L

Today the folder structure is
Server --> MP&L

I don't know of any way to move an entire folder structure (with reports and report instances) to a different location. Is there a way to do this...and if so...how is it done?

You actually have to update the data in the APS database. It could be that your's has become corrupted and needs to be rebuilt. How you will do this is dependent on what type of database it is. If it's the default Access database, you'll have to use Access to pack and reindex the database.

A computer only does what you actually told it to do - not what you thought you told it to do.
