My customer recently changed locations and moved all the servers that hold Contact Store (CS) and VMPro. These are on 2 different machines and there is a shared path between them. After we moved the VMPro server and then moved the CS server they have not been communicating. The VRL folder is getting the files, but CS is not pulling them out. The Reg Key does have the proper shared drive info in it. Is there something within CS that would hold an old IP or old info that we can change? I can see in the server logs that it is still trying to pull from the old IP address (this IP address was in the Reg Key until I changed that) still no luck in pulling files though.
