moving clouds in the background

Hi all. A client wants their logo to have moving clouds in the background. I have the background cloud image and the foreground building image.

Anyone know of a good tutorial that show me how to do this? I used to know but haven't do this in a long time so can't remember.

This is what the final image should look like:

The above image would have the clouds moving in the background.

The buildings.jpg has a faint gray-tone bg color.

Any ideas?
