Moving CCR from Express to Full SQL

Backup the SQL Lite DB
follow the install guide for setting up SQL on remote server (basically install CCR then remove unnecessary crap)
Restore SQL backup to new server
Reinstall CCR on CCR server specifying new DB server (probably a good time to upgrade the CCR server if there is a newer maint release availlable)
A Maintenance contract is essential, not a Luxury.
Do things on the cheap & it will cost you dear
