Hi,

I've a user that will be leaving the company soon; how do I move all her calendar from her mailbox to the new employee's mailbox that will take over once she leaves.

Thanks,

Kevin

If you're using Outlook, you can export the Calendar folder to a .pst file, then re-import once the new employee has their own .pst file

Hi Kevin, As chopsy has stated create a pst file. Here is how to do this if you are unsure:
open outlook > file > new > if you are using office 2000 then this will be referred to as .pst files however 0ffice XP or outlook 2002 will refer to outlook data files, ince you have created the pst file you can store this anyway for safe keeping, jsut drag the calender to your new pst file, this will be displayed in outlook,
Hope this helps
