Moving Brochure to left

I have double sided 3 fold brochure saved as a publisher file. I have been converting it to a .pdf and printing it and folding it. I somehow lost the original and had to go to an earlier version of saved work, and now I cant get it to line up perfectly when I print it. When I match them up everything is fine except the entire brochure needs to be moved a few cm over to the left on the front side and the exact same amount over to the right on the reverse side. I cant seem to be able to figure out how to move the entire document over a tad to tweak it for printing. Perhaps this would be easier done after its a .pdf file? Any help?, im sure this is easy to do but im brand new to this software and its tricky. please ty

I think you are wanting to group all objects on one page then move the whole lot over at once? If so, here's how (except I haven't got Publisher on this computer at the moment so it's from memory):

1. Use the mouse pointer to select the whole page.
2. With the mouse pointer actually touching one of the selected items, right click then select "Group".
(there are a number of ways to do each of the above depending on your preference for menus, icons or right clicking)
3. Just move the lot over and line up with guides etc
4. Check to see that you have grouped the lot and that no objects are left behind. If there's a problem then "Undo", then group the lot and move again.
5. Then, do the same for the other page.

Does that make sense...you say you're new to it, so if you want more basic instructions let me know.
