Moving Blackberry Enterprise Server to new hardware

Hi all,

I have a single server in an office running Server 2003, Exchange 2003 and BES 3.6. I'm installing a new server to house Exchange to get it off the DC and will be moving BES as well.

My approach will be to build the server, move the mailboxes, then install BES. Then I'll move the BB users (only five people at this point). Then I'll remove BES and Exchange 2003 from the DC. I've already reviewed KB822931 dealing with removing the first exchange server.

Has anyone done something similar in the past? I'm just trying to head off any gotchas I may run into.
