Moving between tab controls

Hi,

This seems like it should be a simple one, but I can't find the answer. How can I move between tab controls on a form, without using my mouse. I see how I can write a macro to move between pages, and call that macro from a command button, but it doesn't seem like I can do this for tabs. Am I missing something here?
