Moving Average Calculation

I am trying to create a metric involving MOVINGAVG ( moving average function). I am not getting the right answer when I use this in my report. I tried creating Moving Average from the Tutorial Project using the "Revenue Metric" as the value and the window size as 3. My report contained the Month Attribute, Revenue and Moving Average metric. I tried modifying the break-by options and Sort-By options but still I am getting same data as in Revenue Metric column for Moving Average Metric column.

Any ideas why I am getting this problem. Do I need to change any settings anywhere? Where I am going wrong?

I tried what you did in tutorial and got the right answer....

When all else fails, delete and try again, I suppose. Seems pretty odd to me tho.

Thanks for your response.

I was able to get Moving Average function work properly.
I need to adjust on the break-by and sort option to
get the desired results. Actually, I was not choosing
the appropriate settings.
