I am moving an IIS server (Windows 2000) from one server to another server (Windows 2000), Is there a way to migrate all the settings, accounts and all critical information to the new server? Or will I have to configure the new server from scratch?

I would highly recommend you use Norton (Symantec) Ghost to image the existing server on to the new box.

I think this is a great plan; however I have a few questions about this process.
1. Can you image a server?
2. What if hardware is different on both servers?

You can image any computer, as long as the image is going back on (used as a backup) or going onto a computer that is identical. As for backing up IIS. There MAY be some registry areas you can export but in the past I've always had to do it by hand.
