Adding a phone line to a fax server. Ok I have a software called right fax and it is setup on its own server. How would I go about moving the extension that I want to point to that fax server. Right now I have a block of 25xx to 2599 directed to the right fax server.
How do I go about it. Where in the pbx would I do it. I know that the RLI 18 points to the fax server but don't know how to move just that one extension say 2772 to to point to that fax server so that when a fax comes in it knows the route to deliver that fax.

I hope im not too confusing here.

Thanks for any help

YOU NEED TO OUT EXT 2772 THEN GO TO LD 87 BUILD A DSC 2772 YOUR RLI WILL BE 18 WHEN THE DID COMES IN THE SWITCH WILL ROUTE IT TO RLI 18 AND TO YOUR FAX SERVER
