I have a customer with an Elite IPK 64 (one cabinet.
I want to move her extension (101)port 02 to port 17. and have all her button and extension info follow.
How am I able to do that. I know on the Norstar it is the set relocation feature.
I tried the set relocation feature on the IPK but it did'nt work, or I must be missing a step.

thanks

CMD 6-4 (Copy extension) will copy all the feature keys. She will have to reprogram her speed dials, etc. Then renumber the extension in 4-10. Make sure you don't duplicate the extension number... THAT gets weird.

If she's physically moving her phone, just re-punch it to the same port she's on. :)

(that's easier)

Just my 2¢

what you need to do is go into mb 1-1-47 and make (50)= a 148 then you need to go to mb 1-8-08 and allow station relocation in claases 00-15 then go to a phone and press feature 84 you wil see sta relo on/off make sure it is set to on then you can go to extension 101 and press 50 117 then 0000000000 10 zeros and the phones will swap

correction type the extension you are moving to 117 i thought you said extension 117 not port 17
