Does anyone know how to move an answer DN button on a BCM-400. We've tried FEATURE *81 and it's not working. Everything I can find in the documentation indicates this cannot be done - but the admin at the site insists the button appeared in a different location from where it is. Her faceplate (T7216E) supports that. Any thoughts?
