I am looking to give access to the acd reports via a terminal that is presently connected directly to the NAM. Is there a way to extend access to another building via a DS30 station port adapter, putting the acd program on the network etc.... Any help is greatly appreciated.

TIA

A better way to setup infocus (i'm assuming you have either a prelude/ cinphony) and install the client software on any PC on the LAN

the infous client / server license is part of the prelude/ cinphony (1 user included, if you need more u need to purchse)

Yeah you can install the infocus program..And keep the monitor on the nam..What you will end up using is the winterm program to access into the main ACD screen
