Moving Act! 6 to New PC with Internet emails

I have bought a new PC and would like to reinstall Act! 6 on it (XP, IE 6). I have been using Act! as the main email client, and would like to transfer all email history to the new system. Not all email is "attached". Is there a simple procedure for this? If necessary I will continue using Internet email, but I would prefer to move onto Outlook on the new PC. Ideas?
