Hello

I have created a fair number of reports in Access that will soon be moved to SSRS (2000). I read an article on the upsizing wizard. I was wondering if anyone could give me some general advice about the future reports and queries that I develop on Access (2003) that would minimize the number of issues that I would expect to have on SSRS.

I know to stay away from conditional formats. I would imagine that simpler reports are better. Should I attempt to build one megaquery (as opposed to the staged approach that I use now). For example, now I build qry1 that
feeds 2, that feeds 3...and qry7 feeds rpt1.

Any general advice I would appreciate.

Thank you for your time.

Do you mean SQL Server Reporting Services? If so, I would expect that you should base these reports on stored procedures.
