depends what else you are doing and whether both DCs are able to contact each other
you could
- if they can talk to each other - deploy new one and use restore from running
- if they cant then create msl backup and restore it on new server
- OR manually configure MSL and restore ESM backup once new server is running
if Ip addresses are changing , access server via console after restore and run setup to change Ip
then login and adjust local networks in MSL and adjust pabx settings in ESm as required
