I have a user at work who has a local Address Book. He wishes for his colleague to also have access to this Address Book.

Is there a way to copy this local Address Book onto the server and then grant access to the 2 users in quesion?

I would prefer the Address Book to be on the server so that it will backed up along with the main Address Book, as this is a very important AB and if we ever lost it or it became corrupt then we would be in big trouble.

All replies welcome.

You can copy the address book on the server and grant the 2 users access. But in order to use this as additional address book to your main names.nsf you would have to add this database as second address book via the function 'Directory Assistance'.
If you don't do this then the 2 users can send mail directly from this 'exclusive address book' on the server and cannot select the addresses when they create a memo directly in their mail database.
