Moving a 2050 IP Softphone to a new PC 1

How do I deregister and then re-register an IP 2050 Softphone from the retired PC to the new PC? Only managed to find the instructions for a BCM50 but they don't seem to apply for my configuration.


BCM400 Ver. 4.0.2.03

Business Elements Manager Ver. 50.15.0.0


Any insight would be appreciated.

While logged in, open Resources....click telephony resources....on the right screen click IP sets...on the screen below click Ip terminal details....look for the extension number or ip address and click deregister below that. You should now be able to enter that same ext into the 2050.
