Hi all,
I have been working with flash for a while now, but i was not able to import Mpeg Movie into flash. I want to know if at all i can import any movie into flash and how? The movie is 17 mins and the size is 74MB. If it is not possible with Flash, could you recommend any other software which can do this. The purpose is for CD presentation, which involoves a promo animation and then a video(+ backgorund music).

Please let me know as soon as possible,
Amy

There's no real way to import a video file in Flash. You can import a QT movie, output a picture sequence, and re-import that picture sequence to re-create a somewhat video file. Word is out that Flash 6 or Flash MX coming out tomorrow, will permit import of video files, but that remains to be seen!
You could allways call up the Windows Media Player to play your video after a Flash presentation, and I suggested a method in the thread below this one!
