anybody:

how do i check for movieRate on a video in orde to loop the video to keep on playing?
this avoids that long, endless number of frames on a stage.
basically, a short video dropped on the stage and movieRate loops and ends when movieRate = 0

if sprite(1).movierate = 0 then
go to the frame +1 or any other navigation
else
go to the frame
end if
end

important to make sure movie is playing before you do this so you might want a beginsprite script that starts it playing.
