Movie slider?

I´m a Flash MX user!

I´ve got a Video that i want to slide forward and backward with a slider. Can some one help me???

select edit

you can then skin it

Umm... I guess I am just slow, but I am having trouble getting this thing to work. I have read all the help files and stuff (half of it goes right over my head) but it will not control my movies. It either does not appear or appear with all the pieces of it all mixed up and in the wrong places and it does not do anything. Am I missing something?
