movie not centered in flash

I've made a movie, done a lot to it, then decided I need to make the background larger. I'v increased the movie size, but it has increas down and right.

Now my movie is not centred, its more in the top left of the screen

What can I do now? I need to get everything in the middle

In swish, you can just move the background to dimensions or position you want. Any way of doing this in flash?

If you want to do it in the movie itself, you can try (I say try 'cause it doesn't allways work easily!) to hit the Edit Multiple Frames icon on the bottom of the timeline, and then select Onion All in the Modify Onion Markers, the other icon next to it.
Then under Edit, hit Select All. Now using the arrows keys (or Shift->arrow keys), you should be able to move and re-center all elements in sync.
As I said, sometimes this works wonders! Other times... Well you'll learn about that soon enough!
One of things that might cause it not to work properly is if you have partly empty layers.

Depending on your concept, there might be another way to fake a re-centering by using the same movie background color in your html, and re-centering the movie in a table!

My movie has "expanded" which si the reason for me needing to grow the background. I can't do the html/tables thing as a result. WIll try thew onion skinning

It worked. not 100%, for some reason, it didn't move one layer which I went back and fixed, but it worked.

But how convuluting. Unbeleivable that for the 5th version of flash no-one has thought to make ana djustable background.
