movie crashes IE

I have a flash movie on my webpage. When it's in an html frame, my browser (IE 5.5) crashes 1 out of 2 times.
dr.watson:
access violation(0xc0000005), Address: 0x00000000

when I remove the html frames, my browser never crashes.
Is this a known problem?

That's impossible, it's an intranetsite with basic authentication.
