Hi everyone,
I'm a beginner with Flash 4.0. ,and here is my question;
I have a movie that contains 2 movie clips.
I need one movie clip to loop over and over ,and the other to stop after the first rotaions.
As default, they both loop through unless I stop one which will stop the other one also.
Thanks in advance

hello,

from what I understand from your question just put a stop at the end of 1 movie clip.

yes, but when I put a stop at the end of one movie clip, then the whlole movie stops.

Hi,
I think maybe you need to put the movie that stops in the movie that loops over and over, instead of the other way around. The stop action stops the movie and anything in it so you need to reverse it. There are lots of different ways of getting around problems in Flash which I have found out(being a designer, not a programmer). You could also take the movie out and put it on the stage on top, perhaps?
It depends what you are trying to do really.
