Hi all,

I'm new flash, and need some help.

I've created a movie clip, however, on the stage timeline, I don't want this movie clip to come in until around Frame 45, how to I do this? As, when you put a movie clip instance on the main stage, it only comes up as one keyframe, as it has it's own timeline.

Hope this makes sense.

So, if I understand this, you want the picture to be still until frame 45? And then the movie has to start?
If this is what you want:

Copy the first frame of your movie to frame1 of your timeline. Klick with your mouse on frame 44 of your timeline and press F6. The timeline will be filled from frame 1 to frame 44 with the same image. Place the movie starting frame 45.

Sorry, I wasn't making myself very clear, I don't want the movie clip to be seen at all until frame 45?
