movie always centered in browser

I ran across this site:

http://www.montevina.com/site.php

in which the movie is always centered in the browser window regardless of the size of the browser window. Even when the browser window is extremely small the 4 outer edges of the movie are cut off istead of just the right and bottom edges.

Can anybody tell me how this is done?

Try putting the movie in a layer, size the layer like the movie and position it like so:

left:50%;
top:50%;
margin-left:-X;
margin-top:-Y;

replace X with half of the movie's width and Y with half of the movie's height
