I have moved a 816 KSU from one building to another and I am having problems getting it to work like it did in the old location.
The KSU has 4 CO lines and what seems to be a 5th line that is used for call forwarding at the end of the day with a "Night Mode" button process involved.
The office is suppose to be call forwarded to a oncall cell number at the end of the day but it doesn't seem to be completeing the calling process.
With the move, the office chose to move their dial tone to a cable companies VoIP solution.
Can anyone shed some light on what might be happening?
