This sounds so simple, but I can't do it. I'm in my Switchboard Manager, trying to move the item Enter/View Orders by Employee to the second from the top of the list. I click on the Enter/View line, then click the Move Up button. This doesn't move what I've selected, but merely selects the line above what I wanted moved. Anyone know what I'm missing? Thanks!

Hi Mel,
If the manager is out to lunch, ignore it. Go right to the "Switchboard Items" table. Unless you have 30 pages, you'll be able to decipher how it works...filter by your page first (SwitchboardID) then notice the order of "ItemNumber". You'll figure it out. Darn managers get to leave early...... Gord
