move sqlbase 6.1 to windows 2003

I moved all the sqlbase dbs from nt to 2003. Everything is working except for one report. This crystal report allows user to select multiple criterias(an sqrt runs first). When all criterias are left blank, this works in the old server. This does not work in the new win 2003 server. It does not give any error messages. It produces ~100 log files in the old server. It stopped at about ~50 log files in the new server. It did gave me an error message of bad return fetching row from database (sqr 3725) at one point. But when I copied the sqlcon.ini from the old server to the new server, it didn't give me any error messages. The sqrt just kept running (not responding).

I ran from the process scheduler request a sqr report on my client machine. It works if it's a small report. If all the criterias are left blank, then this large report will work on the database in winnt server. It doesn't work on the same database in windows 2003 server. It creates alot of log (1mb) files but just stops responding without an error message.
